Jeremy Irons as Richard II and Michael Kitchen as Henry Bolingbroke in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Shakespeare’s Richard II, 1986.
Okay but is anybody going to talk about the fact that Jeremy Irons has looked exactly the same for FORTY FIVE YEARS.
ETA: THESE PHOTOS ARE FROM THE 1986 PRODUCTION. These photos should not be taken as evidence that Mr. Irons is some kind of photograph-able vampire.
Hey now, no fair correcting the original post and making it sound like I’m nuts. It says 1968 here!
And truth be told, it’s barely better that he hasn’t aged for almost 30 years instead of 45.
I live to torment you, though!
Fair point, but I think Patrick Stewart is still winning the how-do-you-still-look-exactly-the-same contest.
Uhh, yeah I had a dyslexic moment - this is supposed to say 1986. My bad! BUT STILL the fact that he looks exactly the same is impressive.
